Claim #191: Neck & Head Injury- TPD (Disability) Claim
Adriana contacted me two months ago following a Herald Sun article about my AFL career which was cut very short at the age of 21 years old as result of a freak accident in a game. This injury was followed by 17 spinal surgeries to restore my health. I had lawyers lodge my TPD claim with AMP. These claims were not only declined the first time but also on appeal. The devastation of this resulted in ending up in visiting injecting rooms and multiple suicide attempts.

Claim #101: Leukemia Cancer- Trauma and Life Insurance Claim
Adriana set up our insurance policies for my husband and I when our twins were toddlers. Never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined that I will need to claim once, let alone twice.
Five years later, my husband (37 years old) was diagnosed with Leukemia cancer. It was such a dark and hard time for my family as my husband was told his cancer was pretty severe, so he was rushed straight to hospital.
Adriana visited him in hospital the following day with all of the insurance paperwork ready to go. Not only did she make the process clear, easy and stress free but the money was deposited into our bank account within 14 days. On top of this, she would visit us in hospital, sit with us, have a conversation and genuinely care.

Adriana set up my insurance policies a long-time ago and being a GP, I fortunate that I did not any health issues.
